Uni-Solar adhesive-backed panels are based on amorphous silicon technology, which gives a better performance at low light levels than conventional, crystalline silicon panels. These panels are truly revolutionary - no more bulky aluminium frames, or fragile, glass glazing..... just a tough, plastic-coated, flexible panel with a 'peel-and-stick' adhesive backing.
The panels can be stuck to any suitable flat or gently curved surface, such as metal house roofs, narrowboat or caravan roofs. They have an extremely low profile of only 4mm, plus the cables exit through the bottom of the panel so there is no unsightly junction box to spoil the aesthetically pleasing looks.
