Steca have recently upgraded their highly popular Solsum line of charge controllers, and this 6A model now comes with a simple but reliable 3-LED state-of-charge display, and a further LED to indicate charging status or faults.
The Solsum controllers have encapsulated circuit boards for protection, and large terminals guarantee a simple connection of solar panels, battery and load.
The controller works on either 12V or 24V battery systems, automatically sensing the voltage and adjusting its regulation voltage accordingly.
